1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed and confirmed through our website (https://sahanashomefoods.com/), it is considered final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided
• Dislike of taste or preference
• Delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we take every measure to ensure your order is packed and delivered correctly, if you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Be available to receive the order.
