At Sahana’s Home Foods, we take pride in offering fresh and high-quality homemade food items. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy in place. Please read below for detailed information.

1. No Refunds on Perishable Items

All food items sold on Sahana’s Home Foods are made fresh and are perishable in nature. As a result, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once the order is delivered.

2. Order Cancellations

• Cancellations can only be made if the request is submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.
• Once the preparation or dispatch process begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will investigate and may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.
